We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your selected area within Lebanon. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or recipient.

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items may be excluded unless required by law. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plum shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
